Returns & Exchanges

At Groovy Collectables, we want you to love your vintage-inspired finds, but if your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all retro tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your collectables in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include the printed return slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
